Do we have anything in place to try to keep people involved and keep the Events list on the front page current? I came by for the first time in a while today and was shocked (and frankly, a little offended) to see that both the Upcoming Events page and the Past Events page were missing an embarrassing amount of content, including all of the conventions with GBC layouts in the US. I've added a few that were missing, but I'm sure there's still more.
I think that if we're going to have this as one of the first things people see on the site, we need to make an effort to keep it somewhat accurate. I know we've been busy with plenty of displays, so having our website look like a ghost town gives completely the wrong impression.
